Amazing 2 star Michelin restaurant in Malmø. You get sublime service, food and drinks. Will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to explore a true 2-star restaurant. Whole experience was an unforgettable evening and the money you pay is nothing compared to other 2 star places. Enjoy!
What an experience! The dishes in this restaurant will take you on adventure - be prepared to be amazed by the creativity and variety of flavors! Excellent wine pairings, and the staff is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. And, probably the best sourdough bread and butter in all of Scandinavia! Highly recommend this marathon of mouthfeel - but be prepared to stay 4-5 hours!
To say that Vollmers is the best restaurant in Malmö is a bit like saying Superman is the strongest person raised in Kansas: it doesn't do either superhero justice. Vollmers would be an top restaurant in any major city in the world. The dishes are never heavy, consistently creative, excellent representatives of the local region (insofar as possible), and always delicious. The sweetbread dish, for example, was genuinely the best I have ever tasted. If you're in the area then Vollmers is a \must visit\.
Food experience at it's best. Amazing flavors and combinations with a very good sense of what wine to combined with the food. Well deserved of it's Michelin status.
Located in City center of Malmö. Vollmers is a tiny places that delivers high culinary experience, knowledge and eye for details that staff has is extremely high. Ingredients are from around Sweden and Denmark. Some dishes looks simple but has high notes of flavors from simple ingredients. There is small window in to the kitchen so you can see chefs moving like a bees all night long Aswell as coming to present or finish dishes at the table side. Defenatly worth a visit if you interested in fine dinning.

This restaurant is like eating at home, treated by your own private chef. I felt very well taken care of and can't wait to return. Highly recommended
