We had issues with them (mainly admin., Monika, the staff on-site, is gorgeous) after our elder dog peed inside the room a few times. We brought him to the vet and tried to solve the issue as good as the vet suggested. One day, one of their staff in Råcksta said that this does not suit them, and we need to look for another place. We did and we found one over the weekend. After that, we received a bunch of emails attempting to fix things, and that the dog was welcomed or that they were \worried\ about him changing to other dagis. We cancelled the contract anyways and sent a written cancellation to Anna L. in the main office. She never replied to that, confirming that the cancellation was accepted, but she made sure to charge for the two months we did not have to cancel the contract in advance, as the contract says. Besides this episode with her, Monika was often the staff on-site when we came to drop/collect him, and she was gorgeous. All in all, the dagis admin. is inflexible and not understanding. They don't seem to know (or even care) to handle dogs that are not the \pet shop style\ or dogs that have other needs rather than go for two walks/day at fixed slots. There are better places - the dagis we found now accepted the fact that he may pee once in a while inside, because of his condition - and so are elder dogs, they said. They have enough space to just open a door and let him out in the backyard. We feel much better with a statement like that, as there is little we ca do about the extra pee needs he developed.
