Small marina with gas station, kind service, car and kayak rentals, walking distance to city center and huge ICA supermarket. No washing machine?

Excellent location close to town centre and ICA supermarket. Pump out facility out of order as at mid August 2017. Plenty of depth in marina despite chart indicating less than 2m but stay to starboard after entering.
