Not a very good experience with my VW in service. Due to a faulty sensor (discovered by myself with a computer connected to ODB II) they wanted instead to change my entire catalyst system in the car: more than 2500 in repair. I managed to fix the car by myself by doing what they should have tried when they have connected the computer to the car: a service regen and a reset of the AdBlue systems. And they’ve charged also 150 for checking car with the computer :(.

Alltid dålig upplevelse med kundservice. Dem fråga alltid efter info om bilen fast dem kan kolla själv när jag lämna bilen, eller hur?! Det jag gör med dem andra bilverkstad! Så extremt komplicerat!
