The swimming pool is little bit older (if that's what matters, for me it didn't) and the quality of service was always good and I've never had any issues. First time nice lady showed me around and every member of the staff was always helpful and friendly.

I had a very good time in this gym during my semester in Västerås. For me as a beginner, they had everything I needed. The pool and sauna were just great and it was never too full. I learned a lot from Daniel in personal training and would fully recommend it to anyone. Him and all the others were always friendly so it was always fun to come here. If you work out late and the opening hours are not long enaugh, the Actic gym in the city is also great and has longer opening hours. Also, during the Covid-pandemic, they provided all the necessary means to maintain hygiene during the workout. I can totally recommend this gym!
I had a lovely relaxed swim there this morning.
I have being arround in other gyms and i feel better in this one, mostly because there is more seniors the time I usually go than young people, who mostly try to impress each others with weight lifting and so on. I took away 2 stars because THE SWIMING POOL IS NOT FONCTIONNEL and that is the first reason why i registered my self there. IAM SO DESAPPOINTED ABOUT THAT... hopefully they will fix it soon or i Will be forced cancel my membership there. The stuff is nice. The other star is gone because Sandra, the zumba instractor that you had is not there anymore, she was great and i hope that she can come back.... I registered in your gym because of her classes. Hope you do something about those things, you could at least decrease the monthly payment, otherwise i have to change gym and i will make sure that many does that to.
Bad gym, there is no respect for people, open and close bulding when they want with out any recpect people time, and if you want regeist in this gym you will cancel after one mounth max
Perfekt, stort gym man kan köra pass, inte så mkt folk, och det finns bad bassäng och 2 rum för bastu stort omklädningsrum och trevliga personal och lagom pris
Noggranna med rengöring och ser till att vi håller avstånd
Värdelösa på att informera om ändringar i öppetider på samt annan information på sociala medier, svarar inte i telefon, 18 år i bassängen inga badvakter dvs inget för barnfamiljer! Synd att detta kultställe att det ska hanteras på detta vis!
