We travelled from Kungsängen to Taxinge in July 2020. We bought the ticket the same day, got nice pdf with QR code. At the boat (M/S Havsörnen) they crosschecked tickets based on a paper printed the previous day. So we were not on the list but were told just to board. All seats were assigned based on previous day's list, names were written on pieces of paper by hand. As we were not on the list, we did not get a seat. Most people ordered food (we didn't as there was no vegetarian option) but even those who did not order food got a seat assigned. We were told to sit wherever we can. Which was basically on the top, open deck with strong winds. It was quite uncomfortable to spend 2 hours on the boat while all others enjoyed their assigned seats we were trying to sit wherever we could. When we asked about this we were told this was because of the persons ordering food (as mentioned above all got assigned seats, those too who did not order food). The boat was otherwise OK, quite small, the trip went fine, the buffet had quite few options and the beer was expensive but otherwise OK. On the trip back there were no preassigned seats so we could sit down properly.

Enjoyable slow cruise on a electric boat.
After riding our cargo bikes from Holland to Västerås, we thought we deserved a break and placed our bikes on their boat and had a trip to Stockholm, where we continued our trip to Helsinki. Boat and weather were great. We had paid beforehand, but they even offered a free ride after they heard we were doing this ride for a good cause. We can certainly recommend this ederi\ :)
