Huge shop and most of the personnel was helpful. I would prefer some information to be available in English as even the website is only in Swedish. Personnel was willing to help and talked in English.

Absolutely BRILLIANTLY helpful staff ! A shout out to Alexandra in the paint department !! Alexandra calculated EXACTLY my room size for me, and exactly how much paint I would need, saving me loads of time, energy, effort and money in dragging home more than I need. Alexandra advised I would need just so much for two coats for a huge 48 square foot room, and she was Bang On correct !!. .....just finished the room today !!! Thank you so much lovely ! .....and Simon was a pearl in checkout ! GREAT PLACE !! Happy, friendly helpful staff one and all !! Such a refreshing change to see such enthusiastic young people, so willing to go all out to help ! It's my new HAPPY PLACE to shop for everything I need !

Usually, I hate going into Bauhaus. It's always a pain to find anybody to help, and when you do, they can't be bothered to even pretend that they want to be there. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that there is no competition in Sweden in terms of big box hardware stores, I would recommend anywhere else but Bauhaus. Until today, that is...Jonathan went the extra mile, he helped me find a power sander from the back that hadn't been put on the shelf yet. Thanks to Jonathan, I'll continue to go in store to shop (and probably still hate it when ot Jonathan\ can't be bothered to help me out)

I have checked on Bauhaus homepage if the items I wanted to purchase are available in this specific store, but when I went there to shop them (because they couldn't be delivered to my home) it turned out that personnel had no idea if they had them or not... ... that was after personnel dignified themselves to respond to my inquiries. They had to physically search for them in the store, since it seems Bauhaus doesn't have working database of their goods - so don't trust their site. Personnel failed to find the items, and I was left on my own to search for the items, which, when I eventually found them, turned out to be used or broken. To my surprise, apparently, personnel doesn't speak English. In the vicinity (less than 5 minutes of driving) there are plenty of other companies with better service, higher quality of goods and English speaking personnel, albeit slightly higher prices.
