Honestly the BEST pork belly and ice-cream that I've ever tasted. Loved, loved the food. Warm and trendy atmosphere and lovely staff. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Really good and at least some take away during covid times.
Very good Japanese fusion served tapas style. 3-4 plates per person is enough but you definitely will want to eat more! Very well presented and highly seasoned flavourful food!
I absolutely loved it! Highlight of the spontaneous trip to Växjö. We've tried so many dishes, but here's a rundown of what we think is definitely a must try :) Crunchy Okonomiyaki, Tartare with chips on top (surprisingly a great combo!), finger-licking spicy edamame (well seasoned and addictive), beef (amazing texture, great seasoning and carefully picked additions). They have a small choice of sake and a great variety of beers. All dishes are shareable and small, it's recommended to order 2-3 per person.
Honestly a bit surprised that this place even got onto the white guide. Not that the food was extra bad in any way, but it was basically what I’d have expected when I walk into any remotely proper Japanese or Asian place. The menu was not even fully Japanese, but more like a mixture of Japanese, Swedish-Asian, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. It’s like walking into a Spanish tapas place and seeing on their menu meatballs, crepe, baklava, and pizza. Not that those food is any worse than Spanish tapas, but I won’t expect such a menu for a Spanish tapas place that has made its way to the white guide. So I’d recommend this place for people that are looking for a good dining environment, have been eating asian food mostly from those ‘dumpling-sushi-padthai’ places but want to try something more and better, and don’t mind burning some extra cash. However, if you have had ok-ish Asian food experience before, you might risk getting disappointed.
Nice food for a reasonable price.
Great \big city\ setting of a barrestaurant with an interesting experimental menu with Japan inspired food presented in tapas format. Wurth a visit or two. Or three. This was a really great place that is gradually becoming worse. Half of the lunch meal now is cabbage and beans and more cabbage, and not even the soup fills you up anymore. If you not count abdominal gas as such.
Great food, friendly and helpful staff. Very price worthy. We will be back for sure.
