Must give maximum rating to Vårdkuriren and the team at Sturegatan 46. Have tested me at another place before and was really dissatisfied with how they performed the test. Was nervous before another test but there it helped to go to Vårdkurien. Really good reception and it felt very professional.
Negative: Price on the web page does not include printing a paper stating negative result (250kr extra). Address on their webpage (and google) is wrong so had trouble finding the place. Phone number on the web page does not answer even though clinic is open. Positive: Fast service and result for antigen test
PCR Test received within 24 hours on christmas day. Although it was quite hard communicating with the clinic, everything went as planned. Staff inside the clinic are really helpful. Price for PCR test and Travel Certificate is 1995 SEK. Pricey but unfortunately not many cheaper choices.
Overall unprofessional. Very disappointed. The service itself was not bad, the staff is well-mannered and kind and the test process is pretty fast. Once I took the test and went back home, I received a mail stating just \antigen positive\ and nothing else, I didn't even receive another mail or an SMS warning me that I had Covid-19 and that I should go home or anything, hence I didn't really understand the result of the test as I am NOT a doctor. So I tried to call them but they do NOT apparently have a phone, they have a number but it always says that the phone is not working, which I find unacceptable. So I had to drive all the way back to the clinic to ask for further informations and put other people's at risk of getting the virus and their workers too. I'd suggest picking another place to take your test, one which replies to phone calls
One of the very few companies offering COVID antigen rapid tests (Nov 2020). Annoyed that they didn't respond to email, and that the extra SEK 250 charge for a health certificate is not mentioned on their website (was only told after my test).

Jag gjorde tre test hos er, 2 antigentester som visade positivt och ett pcr-test som visade sig vara negativt. Jag föreställer mig att detta är en något ovanlig situation, att en person testar sig 3 gånger inom loppet av 40 minuter på samma klinik och kan iom det tydligt visa på antigentesternas brist på tillförlitlighet. Jag gjorde ytterligare ett pcr-test, kort därefter hos en annan aktör, som även det visade negativt på covid-19. Ni vet om detta och har inte kontaktat mig för att beklaga att ni levererar 2 felaktiga provresultat. Ni tjänade sammanlagt 3000:- på mig. Dessutom saknar jag mitt reseintyg som jag har bett om och betalt för. Överlag en oprofessionell hantering från flera anställda på vårdkuriren AB. En riktig dålig popup-upplevelse.
