Visited them to repair my headset and they kept trying to make themselves look smart by laughing at what I was saying half the time, despite the fact that I was polite the whole time, and that I'm quite informed about the subject in hand.. Way to treat your customers! Never again. Edit: Oh dear..! You're trying to make it look like that this is about me not liking your advice now! You know very well that this isn't true. And no, you weren't smiling at me, the guy who works for you was and he was polite, but you were laughing in a clearly impolite manner trying to look like a \superior audiophile having an argument with a noob\. We belong to the same culture and speak the same language and there is just no way that I could have misinterpreted the situation.
