The Women Leadership Hub is a group of six independent female professional leaders who are committed to supporting other women, as they become the leaders of the future. While attending the Dynamic Leadership program in May 2013 and the follow up meeting in May 2016 at Väddö, an island nestled in the Swedish archipelago; these six women founded the Women Leadership Hub to actively support & engage with other women leaders from all around the world. They decided to develop and offer the dynamic leadership program workshop to other women leaders who are looking for meaningful change in their professional and personal life. The program aims to guide, coach and support women to grow their leadership skills and prepare them for the challenges ahead by understanding their own impact and acting on it. The women spearheading this initiative have vast experience in the corporate world as well as in entrepreneurship. They have all been qualified through the Dynamic Leadership Program lead by Bo Lundell. Bo Lundell, a former Vice President of Ericsson with more than 30 years of experience in consulting across industries such as the construction, the finance and the technology industry, guides his clients to implement strategies, business models and manage change to address evolving challenges in the business. The Dynamic Leadership program will be delivered to the participants by 2 of the founders of the women leadership hub together with Bo Lundell twice a year.
