It accepts and distributes digital assets through decentralized blockchain technology, firstly initiated by Chinese. It was officially announced at the Davos Forum in Switzerland on January 23, 2018. The headquarters of the WDCF is located in Stockholm, Sweden. The members come from over 20 countries and regions in the world and have long been engaged in public welfare activities.
