Prices at ÖoB is really good. The stuff they have in store changes over time, but generally very competitive. I always try to slip by when in the area and I leave with a bag full of bargains!

Överskottsbolaget has become better with the years, it can be difficult to ask any employee for assistance if you have any trouble finding things but that's pretty usual in Swedish stores. The new store layout is so much better than the old warehouse type of feel, it actually feels sectioned now with everything grouped together appropriately. As for quality of the merchandise, you don't always get what you pay for at this place. Some brands you've never heard of before can actually be surprisingly good, especially when it comes to their Asian foods, rice, noodles etc. They have great prices on recognizable items, most stuff is only a couple of kronor cheaper than regular super markets, and I usually end up buying way more than I expected because of my \it's cheaper here!\ mentality.
