The food was really good (I do not recommend the smoked chicken wings though), but we where sitting there at least an hour until it arrived. They where horribly understaffed with only one waitress for the entire restaurant, which has started to become a trend.

I write this review sitting and waiting to give the food order and it's going directly to the management of Texas longhorn Östersund. It is totaly unprofessional and greedy to have on schedule only one waiter and one chef Saturday evening. The excuse of corona is good but everyone who comes in has already book a table so probably you knew that is gonna be busy day. Thanks God the lady do her best to give good service and be pleasant to the guests. Also the other company is sitting around 1 meter away from us so in this case corona is not an issue and don't need to keep distance.
Food was good in terms of quality, but the steak was not 200 grams as stated. Sorry to say that but service was nearly non-existent. It took nearly 15 minutes to order drinks alrhough we were the only guests and no service after, asking if we would like to have a dessert or another drink. Then another 20 minutes of waiting if plates were cleared, they weren't. We had to go to the counter to ask to pay. I would not eat there again

A bit pricey for the steaks, but they were tasty. The portions could have been a bit bigger for that price. The burger was excellent! They serve malt whiskey, but they were out of it and the waiter had no clue at all about whiskey. Otherwise the service was good enough.
Good burgers and some other TexMex dishes. Very friendly waitress. Generally near to full occupancy so a booking is probably wise. Wide window overlooking one of the quiet roads through the shopping area. A good place to start the evening or end the day. Try the seasonal beer, its excellent, comes in iced glass tankards and goes down a dream with a good burger.
Very slow service no compensation for the delay not even understanding. There was only 4 or 5 tables full inside and 2 waitresses and 2 chef in the kitchen but we still wait 20 25 minutes for the burger. I finished my steak but my wife was still waiting for her burger and the burger was well done and quite dry inside.
