Its ok to get bike parts if you know what you need. I normally don't get advice when I need it. Sometimes I feel that they don't want to sell. Once, buying a tool the price in the system was different from the price tag of the item. They wanted me to pay the price on the system even though the price tag was cheaper. I didn't buy the tool even though I need it.

Been there 2 times persons dosent have knowledge of bikes.... when I started to ask he just left I gave the round circle to the place and the guy was avoiding me till I was at the door he didn’t wanted to attend meeven know what

Completely depends on the day and who is working to decide a rating for Cykloteket Bromma, hence the low rating. Have shopped here since the store opened but am starting to only go in when anywhere else has what I'm looking for. The staff are often dismissive and come across as rude. Today I was in to buy some components for a new build and was first served by a young seller who knows nothing about bikes/parts. I had to correct him as he tried to give me the wrong components even though I was quite specific to what was needed. This is not the first time I've been served here by someone who knows little to nothing about bikes. The shop is more expensive than any other in the area which would be okay if the service was better than any of the competition, unfortunately this is no long the case. If you had ever shopped in the store in Västberga then you would see how great cykloteket can be, unfortunately the bromma store is way off the mark and lets the rest of the company down.
