The reason that you go to a physical bike store to buy a new bike is because A) they assemble it for you and B) you they have a repair service. But in this store A) the bike was hastily assembled and I had to re-fasten everything from my front fender to the spokes(!) in my rear wheel within the first month B) their repair shop has massive wait times and can't even properly align a shifter
