I went there with a punctured wheel (just the wheel), and I had just the inner tube changed. A cordial guy, but 289 SEK for a less-than-5-minutes work and 30 SEK (?) material cost seems way too much to me. Won't be back. Edited: Here's the result after 24h: punctured. Probably I'm just unlucky, ok, but 99SEK and the inner tube is not even of the right size.

It was missing transparency with the service provided and a better detailed pricing breakdown. By not having further information I guess I was charged based on their gut feeling. I asked for a brake pads replacement for both wheels and the shop didn't know which Shimano model was used (if it was Shimano)... Winter is coming and resin vs metal pads make a huge difference.

I went for the first 20km ride to check the service and I heard a clack noise on the shifting system (which was included on the overpriced service), usually this noise happens if shifts are not well adjusted or if the bike is close to the next maintenance. For Ultegra users, do not go to this shop. It is worth to way for a available spot at Sportson. I don't trust the shop to return my bike for a second check up, although this 'clack' noise is a screw spin away of fixing.

Very bad service. Overprices. Owner doesn't talk to you politely. Very bad response for customers. Don't go. They will for sure overcharge you

Very shady place. Prices not listed properly. Owner tries to sell you stuff you don't need. Everything priced 20% higher than normal. Don't shop here. Go to Bikester.se

Excellent service and reasonable prices. I gave them my bike with some malfunctioning and they fixed it in a day.
