Great service and very helpful staff. Can't recommend enough. Mats saved me when I needed help with my damaged equipment.

We do not change to tubeless because it gets messy in the workshop ... We do not change bearings because you no longer do that, throw away the rim and buy a new one ... We only service our own brands because our mechanics have no general bicycle knowledge ... We do not service electric bicycles other than our own brands ... If you need help, go to a regular bicycle workshop and you'll avoid the excuses and actually get the help that you need.
