It's a nice place to buy kind of products, but poor service because of non professional workers, and the poor hospitality

I have placed on-line order 20 days ago and until now I have not received anything. My mails and phone calls remain unanswered. Complete ignorance. I strongly advise to avoid their on-line shop. Amendment: Indo-Pak finally reached out to me. Seems they faced issues with lack of personnel due to Covid-19, which can be understandable. I believe such can be handled little bit better. Warning message about potential delay would suffice and mange expectations to some degree. I would change the score to 2,5 but since it is not possible I’m giving it 2.
Great place to buy Indian groceries. You also get fresh vegetables and green chillies.

Shop is big but staff are more careless. Talking to handfree phone without having attention to customer. Not dealing customer good. Otherwise good stuff in the shop.
Nice store in the middle of the city. I usually don't find fresh vegetables and fruits. Otherwise all good.
