Team there do not like to help solve my problem. No will to help from their side. Maybe if I would bring my bike to them and let them repair it they would be more helpful. But I was looking for parts only, as I like to repair my bike myself.

I just received quick and simple help with what I needed and more. A stressful evening turned right around. A huge thank you to Fridhems Cykelaffär for knowing exactly what to do and describing it to me and all this just before closing time.
First time I bought a used bike, second time I got a full service on a bike and the third time I got some stuff installed (basket, etc). Every time, the service was excellent and the work they did was of high quality. The first (used) bike lasted forever, until I sold it on. The service was also very well done, and the third time they even installed something custom-made for my bike. All has worked like a clock, and I've never had any problem with the bikes they fixed. I take away one star for the sky-high prices. But I guess you get the quality you pay for.
Most of the staff here have bad attitude and give dishonest information. When you ask what something costs, they only say part of the price to make it seem cheaper, but then in the end it costs more because \oh you need that stuff too and that costs extra\. So why didn't you say that from the beginning when I asked, genius? Don't go to this place.
Excellent place to rent and buy bikes! I have been here to rent bikes every time I have visitors in town. Always impressed by the friendly and professional staff, would highly recommend!
I got an issue with my bike and this shop helped to have it claimed and totally rebuild with a new frame. Excellent service, friendly staff and quick resolution.
I work for a company based in Lund, but I am a US based employee. I was fortunate enough to visit my company's HQ for two weeks in the summer. I wanted to ride while I was there, but I didn't want to rent a city-bike. I found this place on Google, sent an email detailing my trip itinerary and they replied. They rented me a nice 29er for 3 days. They let me carry a new flat-repair kit for no charge, and when I had to return the bike later than I expected, they didn't charge me extra. Great service. Friendly staff. Excellent business. I'll recommend to anyone visiting Lund.
Really satisfied about the service. The staff is really nice and give valuable advices. They don't try to sell you useless and expensive products. I recommend it
