They were nice and helpful. They solved my issue and I thought that they price was good. I'll come back next time I need to service my bike. Tack!

I spontaneously stopped by this morning to see if they had time to fit me in for a quick tune up. Not only did he do it on the spot, the guy was super nice and gave me all sorts of bike advice potentially saving me tons of money in the future. Great bike, great shop, great people!

Good looking bikes. Took a while for an in stock bike to be ready. Customer service in the store is poor, but they're pretty helpful over email.

Horrible customer service. Even if I liked the bike there, I would not buy it. if you want to get a ready, assembled bike, you cannot even buy that at the store. And when you order a bike, you have to pay extra for its assembling. I mean, what kind of service is that?

Good store with great products and knowledgeable staff.all that was missing is an area where you can come in a fix your own bike for a fair price.

It's a real shame with this shop, they let themselves down with their complete lack of service. Both when I ordered and collected, the service was almost nonexistent, to the extent that when I told them I was there to collect my bike the clerk rolled his eyes at me, before carrying on with his task for a couple of minutes and then finally getting me my bike that I spent 6000kr on. Whilst I would l completely recommend the bikes, their service has a long way to come given the price point of their product.

They were rude the moment I stepped into the shop. I found a second handed bike with a broken wheel so I went to the shop to ask indicatively how much it would cost me to change the wheel. They refused to give me any price information without seeing the bike in person, accusing me of trying making money by fixing old bikes and basically forcing me to leave the shop.

I am a proud owner of two different stalhasten, I have an old model from 2012 that despite many years of being stored outside still work like a charm! Because I now use my bike to commute, I have invested in the suverän electric model and oh boy I love my bike :) Both bike are really stylish and I have received many compliments about them. Regarding the service, I always found the staff very competent and usefull. Last year I learnt that gearbox could freeze....the guys in the shop kindly looked at it and re-oiled the gearbox. When they performed the service on my old bike, they did not try to over sell expensive items but enquired about my use of the bike and made the service adapted to my need. I would definintely recommend the shop/brand if you want to get a new stylish bike that does not cost a kidney or just have a reasonable price service .
