Amazing place and probably the best bike shop in the Stockholm area. Really friendly and professional staff, the truly go to place if you need a new ride, gear or any type of fix for your bike.

They have very nice service and are really friendly. I live in another city, so I get in contact with them by email and always find the help I need. I don't know about the technical service since I don't do it there, but they have a very broad and top-of-the-notch sortiment. Definitely a place to go
Without a doubt, the best bike store in Stockholm. The personnel are all fantastically knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Also, the mechanics are absolute wizards and artists. I cannot recommend it enough.
If you’re looking to buy a bicycle (or related products) then look no further because this is the store to buy it from without exception. My experience from pre-sales to post-sales has been nothing less than stellar. The people who work there are really passionate about cycling and about making sure you are happy with your purchase and if anything goes wrong then that you are back on the bike asap. The bike fit that comes with a bike purchase is exceptional and really dials it in to make the bike comfortable and well-fitted. I want to give a huge shout out to Ragge who did my bike fitting and has been exceptional since day one! After sales is really great too - I once needed a gear indexing and they did it on the spot, was super quick. Another time, one of my spokes had bent throwing the rear wheel out of true and Ragge was kind enough to fix it for me while I waited - even though the shop was super busy! I am very pleased and would highly recommend CykelCity.
On a friend's recommendation I first went to the store for a pair of shoes and a helmet. Otto also sold me a pair of insoles and offered to take it back if I wanted an upgrade. Later I was shopping for a used triathlon bike (they don't sell used bikes), he measured me and gave me sizing information for free. When I wanted a new bike, of course I went back there. Otto special ordered the bike, Ragge helped fit me on it down to every last detail, both patiently explaining what was happening every step of the way. Their service has simply been fantastic and they were very knowledgable about all the products. I really liked that they always recommended what was sensible for my needs rather than what was more expensive. I wish they sold more things so I can get all my triathlon toys there :)
Super friendly and helpful. I went in to ask if they offered hire bikes and to check out their mtb shorts as I had forgotten to pack my own. Unfortunately they don’t hire bikes. However they were happy enough to set up 2 of the bikes for my son and I to have a play on their zwift. Thank you
I Visited the shop today, to buy bicycle accessories, there was not much staff so I had to wait, once I the staff had time for me. They were really accomodating had time with me- NO RUSH. (im a small shy asian but doesn't look chinese , i dont usually get the service with other stores) , they even installed the light and the mudguards. I would definitely always deal with the shop. I recommend the shop! Hoping for more power and maintain great customer service.
Somewhat happy customer. CykelCity was able to order a bike specifically for me. Unfortunately, I only found out after my sale that I could have received store credit with my purchase. Furthermore, spare parts are sub par quality. Both after my fitting as well as after a full service, my saddle was completely loose. The full service was a fail as the problems persisted (misaligned break pads). They don’t really go above and beyond. I would have loved if they had not just said they would shorten the cables but actually done so. Finally, the included fitting itself was not based on much knowledge but rather a „that looks about right“ approach. Happy with my purchase but unlikely to come back for the service(s).
