Always friendly staff and quite a lot of parts/accessories. As expected you can try the bikes before buying. There's also a repair shop.

I’ve been to this shop twice now and both times staff were super friendly and helpful. The first time, my chain had broken, so I asked whether they could fix it right then & there for me, but there were many people in the shop, so I asked whether they could sell me the tool along with it. We got the chain & tool and fixed the bike right there and the staff helped us out with the last step that I wasn’t familiar with using that tool. The second time, I came back with a bell I had bought earlier but couldn’t mount it because my handlebar was too thick, so I asked whether they had an idea of how I might still be able to attach it. They said that wasn’t possible, but instead they found a model for me that worked and exchanged it for the one I had bought even though I didn’t have the receipt with me. Will come back here.

Bästa tänkbara hjälp och mycket trevligt bemötande. Mycket proffsig och kunnig. Tänkte köpa en ny cykel och fick en mycket noggrann och omfattande genomgång av mitt behov och mina önskemål. Efter nästan en timma kom vi fram till vilken cykel som skulle passa mig bäst. Men tyvärr fanns den inte på lager utan jag får vänta med att köpa den till början av nästa år. Rekommenderar starkt ett besök om du funderar på att köpa en cykel.
