I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and up until now I have been pretty much satisfied with the service. Today I picked up my bike after a regular check and a big part of the paint on the bicycle fork was polished away. It looks pretty bad and clearly was not there when I left my bike for service. When I asked them how it happened, the only answer was “this was there already before”. I am more disappointed that they have not been honest with me rather than the scratch itself.

Worst experience. The staff was so rude. They did not even listen to what problem my bicycle had and responded very rudely. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP due to RUDE BEHAVIOR of the service center guys.

Terrible experience. I waited in the rain with my bike for the service technician to finish lunch. Knocked on the door several times. He opened the door screaming and cursing because apparently he was on the phone. The worst service in Gothenburg. Very disappointed.
