Very helpful and friendly staff. I wanted some advice for a new bike and they explained good what I should think of and looking at, even though in the end I went for a bike at a different store I would still recommend this place!

I have been a customer at this cykel service but today I have recieved a bad treatment from the employee or owner or whatever...I brought my bike to be fixed but instead they told YOU CAN FIX YOURSELF. Very bad !!!!

Best bike service in town! They get the job done, their mechanics have a lot of experience and knowledge of bikes. Recommended!

They have great products, you will only get high quality stuff here, and the staff are very knowledgeable about all their products, both bikes and accessories. However, they really need to take a couple of sales classes. They are often quite rude and short with people, and never helpful, and not keen on sharing their knowledge. Overall, they are pretty off-putting people to talk to. But at the end of the day, they get the job done.

I 've popped in to ask if they could look at what was wrong with my Crescent Elder e-bicycles charger or battery and the answer from the mechanic was quite frankly \ I can't help you \ . Arrogant & rode! Therefore I do not recommend it!
