Awful service. Asked them to change fork on my bike some time ago. They chipped paint on the frame and fork. And what is worse - they damaged fork's legs a bit. They definitely don't have special tools to do the work because headsets crown was damaged significantly. Strongly unrecommended service. Maybe they can tune derailleurs for you but no more.
The service is fast but a bit expensive
Price & products are fine, service could be improved. I've been there once and will not come back, even living 50m nearby.
After paying a full check on a bike, it turned out it didn't work properly because it had a bended wheel, which proves they didn't even tried it. Besides the people at the shop were not very helpful when I asked for support to lower the seat.
