Really helpful staff! Had a flat tire on a long bike trip and went to this shop to get help. One of the cashiers did me a huge favour by fixing my bike on spot while still wearing proper sales uniform.

I wanted to see if my child's bike chair was sitting properly on my bike. I had it checked and got an extra screw put in, within 5 minutes, and when I wanted to pay he refused. More than I had hoped for!

Such great service. The staff really knows what they are doing. Came in with a dirty bike that had a stuck pedal and left with a clean bike and new pedals. A really great experience!

MANY, MANY items/products do not have price at all, so it is very annoying to be asking prices. The price thing make not such pleasant shoppers experience, and it is double work for the employees. How hard can it be to fix the price tags? It is the most basic thing in ANY store, besides the selection is not so great and it was a bit overpriced, staff was basic helpful.

Changed my review since the change in management and staff. Big difference now with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went two consecutive days for the workshop and the service has been excellent. Unlike before, I can now recommend this as a great local bike shop.
