After ordering a bike on black friday i recieved an email stating the bike was sold out (even though it is still available online). Ok no suprise there, after contacting hellorider they suggested i choose another bike or wait over 2 and a half months for delivery of the 2018 model. Not wanting to wait that long i suggested another model which had the same make, specs and price (100kr difference) but to my suprise they would not give me that bike. After talking back and forth for a while my only option was to wait. So top it all off when i asked for the contact details of the manager the employee had been consulting with i was told they can not give out those details. Customer service is lacking and website is decieving. Dont get caught.
