DO NOT BUY YOUR BIKES THERE. I bought an overpriced used bike that basically was broken from the beginning. The brakes stopped working after 2 weeks and after that screws fell off everywhere. After I brought it to them to ‚repair‘ the same things they apparently fixed were broken after a few days. I am an international student I CANNOT recommend this bike shop. I do not know where the good ratings are coming from. They will rip you off. DO NOT BUY YOUR BIKES THERE!!
Excellent bicycle shop! Needed my seat fixed and they did it in seconds! Very nice and pleasant staff, if I ever need anything for my bike I will definitely be going back.
Unprofessional staff. They tried to trick me into changing parts that were perfectly fine (bike is brand new!) as I just came to adjust a couple of things on the bike. They got rude and upset afterwards. I do not recommend ! Plenty of other options around !
They are very dishonest. Both me and my friend had similar bikes that had the exact same problem, she went there first and they said it costs 300 kr to fix, but when I went there and they said it costs 900 kr.
The place is nice. They have cheap 2nd hand bikes. For getting a better price, talk to the girl 'Nadia'. Others will tell you double the price. Always negotiate before buying :)
A dishonest and unprofessional family business... Looking at other reviews, I see I wasn’t the only one to face the same situation! I come in for a service for the bike (gears needed adjusting) and the “technician” explains we need to change parts on the bike (it’s one year old Cargobike) because they are worn. I tell him he hasn’t even tried the bike and he goes on telling me he just knows and that he doesn’t care because he is not the one using the bike. He is basically a wizard and an arse! Just do not for there !! There are plenty of other very good shops in Lund, professional and not thieves! Edit: went to another shop and obviously no problem with the bike. Slight adjustment and good to go!
Unprofessional staff that tried to sell me a cheap off-brand chain, claiming it was Shimano, for 300SEK. When I objected and told him it wasn't Shimano for sure, he changed the price to 150. Guaranteed still making a profit, they seem to have incredibly low quality components in stock.
