I took my bike to repair the warranty, and when I went to pick it up it was gone. Apparently \disappeared\ even though I brought the receipt. They gave me another one but without the lights and not as good as the original ...
I haven't experienced any of the problems others have reported with this place. My fiance and I both bought a bicycle here, and both have been excellent bikes. The service is great, as are the prices.

I bought second hand bicycle from here. They said it's free repair within 6minths. Then my bicycle stand stop working within 2months, so I went bicycle shop and asked fix. They are asking me to pay 150sek for new stand. What is this? Why they can not repair?
Jag lämnade in min cykel för reparation den 26 juni 2020 och nu, nästan 4 månader senare har jag inte fått min cykel tillbaka. De skulle beställa en ny del till det främre hjulet (på en 2 år gammal cykel som säljs i Sverige) men det har de inte lyckats med och nu svarar de ej längrepå kontaktförsök. Det som ursprungligen skulle ta max en vecka har lett till att jag har behövt köpa en ny cykel. Jag väntar fortfarande på att de ska höra av sig. Jag hade gett färre stjärnor om det hade varit möjligt.

Köpte begagnad cykel här nyligen, för en tusing, funkade okej vid testtillfället med bara mindre diverse missljud emellanåt. Fem veckor senare har växlarna typ havererat, konstant gnissel och bakbromsen låser sig helt emellanåt... något de inte anser ska täckas av garanti några veckor senare. Däremot tog de gärna emot mer pengar om jag ville lämna in på service för att åtgärda. Var försiktiga(!) om ni tänkte köpa cykel härifrån, räkna inte med någon nämnvärd garanti på inköpet.
