Great service!!! It was Sunday, 16:55. I had a flat tire and no pump. I phoned the shop and, even though the shop was about to close (just 5 minutes left), they were so kind to wait for me. Then, they helped me with my bike, allowing me to bike back to my place more than 10 km away. Thanks again, guys!!!

Staff in urgent need of training in basic customer care.
The level of service here is unparalleled. The assortment of available bikes is huge. I would like like a larger selection on peripherals but nothing is really missing so I can't deduct points for that.
They work fast, around 1 day to get your bike fixed. And it is not that expensive.
The staff knows what they're doing. They can answer almost anything regarding bicycles. Very good service.
