This is my first review on Google - I felt I just really had to share my fantastic experience here and give a virtual high five to Sportson Farsta! I bought a bicycle this spring, and the service has just been incredible! First they were fast to answer my question I sent in an email. Then, I had some questions about my new bike, and they were patient and kind in the store to answer all my questions and check if everything is working properly. One worry I had is that my bike was a bit too high for me, since I wanted a bit more security in being able to reach the ground more comfortably. Today I accidentally saw Sportson truck in my neighbourhood close to Farsta, and I approached to inquire if they will get the smaller model of the bicycle soon. They offered kindly to check how my bike fits, and waited until I quickly went home to get my bike. With some hack they managed to lower my sit a bit more and now it feels perfect! (I also got an advice that having the sit too low is not optimal and might make bicycling more difficult, but I decided to go with the lower sit since I feel more comfortable with that, at least for now.) I mean - this is a first class service! They are knowledgable, professional and super helpful! The prices on some items might be slightly higher than at some online-only stores, but it is so worth it! You can go to the store, try out the bikes or helmets, get help, and get super service. In my mind, it is definitely worth it! When the time comes for a new bike, or bike service, or some new purchase, I will definitely go to Sportson again! Thank you to everyone at Sportson Farsta!
