Great place! Second time I passed by without booking and check if I can have my bike washed, previous time serviced and both time I got my bike same day after couple of hours and perfect! Pity today I did not take a pic... before and after! Very friendly personal!

I don’t usually write reviews but after several different experiences at this shop I felt compelled to share what happened to us. A few weeks ago my girlfriend bought a bike whilst receiving very little customer service. It really felt like they didn’t even want to sell her the bike, didn’t offer to adjust the seat, didn’t offer additional accessories such as bike lock. We had to ask if we could have the bike lock mount installed and they didn’t seem like they wanted to do that either..which ultimately fell right after we rode away from the store. After a few days of riding the bike daily we noticed it started to develop a very loud hiss noise from the front brake caliper. We took it in a few days ago only to be asked if we had tried to fix ourselves which we didn’t. Anyway, they asked for us to leave the bike the next day to be worked on. After picking up the bike from being fixed and riding a few km’s we noticed that the rear wheel had not been properly secured to the hub and was rubbing against the frame and very close to completely coming off the hub which could of resulted in a very bad injury. I don’t know what’s going on with this place since it’s got a high rating and they seem to have a lot of clientele. Definitely a case of quantity over quality ... since it seems like their mechanics are taking a lot of work and competing to see who completes bike builds/repairs the fastest without checking the quality of their work.

Första gången på många år som vi var i en cykelbutik. Jag vill lova att här finner du garanterat vad du söker ty här finns alla typer av cyklar från små till fullvuxna cyklar samt från någorlunda billiga till riktigt dyra. Här finns allt i delar till din favvohoj och personalen har verkligen koll och då menar jag verkligen koll jag försökte sätta dem på det hala men det parkerades galant av kunniga cykel specialister. Butiken tydligt fräsch så jag rekomenderar varmt att just du tar dina cykel angelägenheter just hit.

Var tvungen att titta två gånger, men det stod cykelspa & service. Det kan ju vara skönt även för cyklarna att bli \ompysslade\. Här finns det även cyklar i alla storlekar och modeller att köpa. Kan ju vara praktiskt med en cykel i dessa tider. Har man möjlighet är det ett bra alternativ.
